After Bluepoint Games hinted at a new game, fans have been pleading with the developer to release a remastered version of Bloodborne.
Bluepoint Games tweeted yesterday to wish their fans a pleasant holiday season. Bluepoint has contributed to several popular video games in recent years, including the critically acclaimed titles Demon’s Souls, God of War, and Shadow of the Colossus, all of which are shown in the image below as presents.
However, some fans have interpreted the fourth present’s lack of patterning as a hint of a new project from the developer and calls for a Bloodborne to remaster have surfaced once more.
“Please let there be a god. Bloodborne, Bloodborne, Bloodborne, Bloodborne, Bloodborne, “Among the replies to the first tweet, one person writes.
“Bloodborne is on the way boys!” added a second Twitter user, full of themselves and their own self-importance.
Some have speculated that the box may represent a new installment of Metal Gear Solid. Sure, that’s one way to look at it if you’re gazing at a plain brown box, presuming the unadorned present isn’t exactly what it looks to be: a basic plain present.
And, interestingly enough, we know that Bluepoint Games is hard at work on a “beloved” version right now. They made the announcement in 2021, and fans instantly began thinking along similar lines.
After being acquired by PlayStation in September 2021, Bluepoint has now begun development on a fresh new intellectual property in addition to continuing work on its existing titles.

For a long time now, fans have hoped for a Metal Gear Solid remake or a Bloodborne rebirth of some kind. There have been a lot of reports over the last few years claiming to have insider knowledge of the latter, but of course, none of those allegations have ever amounted to anything substantial.
Speculations like this at least have some grounding in reality, since Bluepoint Games is indeed hard at work on a remake. Given that Demon’s Souls came released a little over two years ago, it’s possible that we won’t have to wait too much longer to find out whether or not this remake is based on Bloodborne.
