First Trailer for Spider-Man: The teaser, which clocks in at just over two minutes and fifty seconds, provides one of the best looks yet at the next stage of Miles Morales’ hero’s journey, which finds him traveling alongside Gwen Stacy between dimensions.
There he meets other Spider-People who are responsible for defending the survival of that universe, but when they can’t decide how to deal with their current danger, The Spot, Miles is forced to unpack what it means to be a youthful hero all over again.

The teaser gives a hint at the new dimension-based plot Christopher Miller, the film’s co-writer and producer, has been working on.“really opened up an opportunity artistically to have each world have its own art style, and to be able to push the folks at ImageWorks to develop a way to have each dimension feel like it was drawn by a different artist’s hand.”
Miller elaborated in a November interview with Empire magazine, saying that the two dimensions hinted at in the December 2021 sneak peek, “where what’s called Earth-50101, which we’re calling ‘Mumbattan’ — that’s based on an Indian comic-book look — and Nueva York from Spider-Man 2099’s world.”

“That’s based on Syd Mead-style illustrations of what the future might look like,” After mentioning that there would be six main artistic influences on this film instead of the one in the original, he elaborated.“There’s also Gwen’s world, which is Earth-65. In addition, Oscar Isaac voices Miguel O’Hara/Spider-Man 2099, Daniel Kaluuya portrays Hobart “Hobie” Brown/Spider-Punk, and Issa Rae voices Jessica Drew/Spider-Woman in Across the Spider-Verse. The voice cast for the film’s sequel also includes Rachel Dratch, Jorma Taccone, Shea Whigham, and Jason Schwartzman.
Lord and Miller wrote the script with help from Dave Callaham, and directors Joaquim Dos Santos, Justin K. Thompson, and Powers directed the film. Christina Steinberg, Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, and Lord and Miller are the producers. The show is executive produced by Peter Ramsey, Bob Persichetti, Aditya Sood, Rodney Rothman, Rebecca Karch, and Brian Bendis.
