PlayStation Plus December’s Monthly Game Offerings

PlayStation Plus December’s Monthly Game Offerings: The PlayStation Plus December 2022 free game lineup has been revealed. Beginning the next week, these games will be accessible to subscribers of the PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers.

The narrative-driven space RPG Mass Effect: Legendary Edition, the post-apocalyptic shooter Biomutant, and the brand-new platform fighter Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition will all be available to PS Plus members on December 6. After January 2, you’ll need to keep your subscriptions active in order to play these games if you’ve added them to your PS4 library.

A leak earlier in the week was corroborated by Sony’s announcement on the PlayStation Blog late Wednesday. The publisher will be expanding the number of games available to the premium PS Plus Extra and Premium/Deluxe subscriptions later this month, the same as they did before with their classics catalog.

Sony Playstation Plus December 2022: Mass Effect Legendary Edition

Take charge of the Normandy, recruit your team, and experience a compelling story with branching paths that shape your character in this modern remake of the highly renowned Mass Effect series.

In an effort to appeal to a wider audience, BioWare has compiled the original Mass Effect trilogy together with more than 40 downloadable content packs (DLCs) and improved them with new textures, character models, and shaders so that they can run at 4K resolution.

The PS4 version of Mass Effect: Legendary Edition will be playable, and the PS5 will be able to run it thanks to backward compatibility.

Video Game System Update: Biomutant, December 2022

Play as a mammalian warrior in a mutant-infested post-apocalyptic world and experiment with various forms of martial arts and firearms as you rain hell down on the oncoming hordes. You have been tasked with rescuing the Tree of Life from the chaos caused by a plague that is sweeping the nation.

You may change your genetic makeup to suit your play style by trying out different combinations of fangs, fur, body type, and other traits. The RPG’s crafting system is crucial, allowing players to customize their own piercing or crushing melee weapons, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, and more from a wide variety of component parts.

The PS5 version of Biomutant will support native 4K and HDR, and it will come with three distinct visual presets.

Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition, coming to PS Plus in December 2022

On an aforementioned day in December, this third-person platform fighter developed by Hi-Rez Studios (Smite) will be released exclusively for PS Plus. Divine Knockout lets you choose from ten mythological heroes, like Hercules, Thor, Athena, and more, and pits you against other players in three-dimensional combat.

In addition to the standard 1v1 and 2v2 battles, you and your friends may jump into the 3v3 Arcade mode to try out a wide range of unique game variants. Duel Kingdoms Online supports cross-play and cross-progression, and this Founder’s Edition grants access to exclusive material for the game as well as a skin in Smite based on the DKO universe.

The PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of Divine Knockout: Founder’s Edition will be playable.

Sony also reaffirmed that all PlayStation Plus customers have until December 5 to add the Japanese-themed Soulslike sequel Nioh 2, the whole Lego Harry Potter Collection, and the atmospheric physics game Heavenly Bodies to their libraries. Sony has announced the availability of these three free games for the month of November.

Subscribing to PlayStation Plus in India costs between Rs. 499 (about US$6) for the entry-level Essential plan, Rs. 749 (about US$14) for the middle-tier Extra plan, and Rs. 849 (about US$21) for the premium Deluxe plan. All three plans offer access to the monthly giveaway games.
