Loadout Drop Grenades Are Currently Enabled in Battle Royale: Raven Software has a gift for you if you were thinking about making a surprise visit to Al Mazrah by yourself or with a group over the holidays.
Starting on the 20th of this month, December, loadout drops will once again be available in Warzone 2. That’s right, it’s practically a Christmas miracle.
You may be reading this and thinking that we are joking about putting coal in your stocking or chocolate-covered sprouts on your plate, but we are not.
Now, players don’t have to conquer a Stronghold or wait until the game’s midway to get their hands on the greatest Warzone 2 load-outs and guns—they can just purchase a Loadout Drop Grenade from any of the game’s many purchasing stations in Al Mazrah.
It goes without saying that this is excellent news. This is the moment we’ve all been waiting for, and it finally justifies spending hours upon hours in Shipment 24/7 leveling up your arsenal. The new Loadout Drop Grenade does come with a caveat, though, as is customary.
To begin, it is unknown how many will be offered at each retail outlet. Certain in-game products, such as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), are currently only available in small quantities at each purchasing station.
There is no indication that this mechanism will be altered, nor is there any indication from Raven Software that an infinite supply of Loadout Drop Grenades will be made accessible.
This leads us to believe that there will likely be only one available at each purchase station, which, depending on your destination, might prove to be a bit of a challenge.
Raven Software has also announced the price of these Loadout Drop Grenades, and it’s a hefty sum.

An $8,000 Loadout Drop Grenade is required for use in single battle royale playlists. In a pair, this becomes $16,000. Trios players, as you might expect, pay another $4,000 more. Last but not least, the price of a Loadout Drop Grenade in a Quads playlist will be $32,000.
This gives each player’s loadout a fixed worth of $8,000, which, when you think about it, is a reasonable amount. And yet, 32 grand does seem like a lot of money.
As with other aspects of Warzone 2, the inclusion of this element is contingent on player opinion and how it affects the game’s central battle royale mode. During the Christmas season, Warzone 2 loadout drops will likely be sold in stores, but their continued availability afterward is anyone’s guess.
In light of this, you should get the finest assault weapons and top SMG alternatives in Warzone 2 while you can get your hands on them relatively readily, or at least more easily than previously.
