Apple's 2023 Product Lineup

New iPads and Macs are the only Apple products left to be unveiled in the next month or two, so our sights are also set on 2023 as we near the end of a hectic product release season for Apple. It is speculated that Apple will release many key items next year, including new Macs, a new HomePod, a virtual reality/augmented reality headset, and much more.

Expectations for new Apple goods are not limited to the annual introduction of new iPhones and Apple Watches. Mark Gurman of Bloomberg’s Power On newsletter predicts the release of six key items in addition to the iPhone 15 in 2018.

15-Inch MacBook Air

Gurman has confirmed what has been speculated about since 2018: that Apple would launch a 15-inch MacBook Air in 2023. It has been speculated that the MacBook Air would have a screen size comparable to that of the 16-inch MacBook Pro, although in a more portable and lightweight package. The present MacBook Air is 13 inches in size, and a 15-inch MacBook Air would presumably follow the same design as the existing 13-inch model.

iMac With M3 Chip

Gurman claims that Apple is developing a new iMac for release sometime in 2019. Even while we know the next iMac will use Apple’s M3 silicon processor, we don’t know much more about it, such as how big or how it looks. As for the ” iMac Pro,” it’s unclear if this refers to the speculated M3 iMac or a completely new device under development by Apple.

Apple Silicon Mac Pro

Since the present Mac Pro uses Intel CPUs, the launch of a successor in 2023 is sure to be one of the year’s most-anticipated events. According to rumours, the next Mac Pro will include a 20-core processor, a 64-core graphics processing unit (GPU), and either 64GB or 128GB of unified memory, all powered by the M2 Ultra chip. An ” M2 Extreme” processor, with a 40-core CPU, up to a 128-core GPU, and at least 128GB or 256GB of unified memory, is also likely to be available for the Mac Pro.

HomePod, Apple TV, and FaceTime Camera All-in-One

Apple is developing a new gadget that integrates a HomePod, Apple TV, and a FaceTime camera for use in the house. The product was first reported in April of 2021, and today Gurman said it will be available by the year’s end. According to a prior report by Gurman, “the device’s additional features would include typical Apple TV box operations like watching video and gaming in addition to smart speaker applications like playing music and using Apple’s Siri digital assistant.”

There is currently a lack of information on the product’s form factor and pricing; however, with a possible release date set for early or mid-2019, this may change in the following months.

New HomePod

Gurman and Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that Apple is developing a new full-sized HomePod for release in 2019, despite the fact that the company plans to stop making the smaller model in March 2021. Gurman claims that the next-generation HomePod will have the same form factor as the original but superior audio quality thanks to the S8 technology found in the Apple Watch Series 8. Kuo predicts that the next HomePod may be released in the first quarter of 2023.

‘Reality Pro’ Headset

The long-awaited Apple AR/VR headset might debut early that year. Apple’s headgear, which might be called “Reality Pro,” may be released next year, according to a number of rumours. According to Apple expert Ming Chi-Kuo, Apple might reveal the new headgear as soon as January.
